ICREA Prof. María Escudero-Escribano has been honoured with the “María Teresa Toral Award” for Young Researchers in the field of chemical science and technology at the 2024 Spanish National Research Awards.

We congratulate Dr. Gabriel F. Costa, postdoctoral researcher in the NanoESC Lab, on receiving an ISE Travel Award 2025 from the International Society of Electrochemistry (ISE).

Prof. María Escudero Escribano has received Royal Academy of Sciences Foundation Award for Young Female Talent in the Physics and Chemistry Category.

Prof. María Escudero Escribano has been awarded the Spanish National Research Award “Maria Teresa Toral” in chemical science and technology.

Prof. María Escudero Escribano received the “Extremeños de Hoy” 2024 Prize, awarded by the “HOY de Extremadura” newspaper for her pioneering research in renewable energy conversion.

Prof. María Escudero Escribano received the Journal of Materials Chemistry Lectureship Award at MC16 in Dublin.

This Lectureship recognises early-career researchers who have made significant contributions to the field of materials chemistry in their independent academic careers.

María has been recognised with the Hypatia Young Talent Award 2021 from ‘elEconomista’, awarded yearly to a Spanish female scientist under 40, in recognition of her outstanding research.
